Method
Making the Torte

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Combine Mixtures
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the wildberries gently.

Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool
Allow the torte to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Making the Chantilly Cream

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken.

Add Sugar and Vanilla
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue whipping until soft peaks form.
Assembling the Torte

Serve
Slice the cooled torte and serve with a dollop of chantilly cream on top, garnished with fresh berries and mint leaves.
