Pork Chop

Prepare the Pork Chops
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the pork chops with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Place them on a baking sheet.

Roast the pork chops in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Fry the Fingerlings
Fry the potatoes in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.
French Beans

Cook the French Beans
In a pot of boiling salted water, blanch the French beans for about 3-4 minutes. Drain and immediately place them in ice water to stop cooking.

Prepare the Sweet Corn Cream
In a saucepan, combine sweet corn kernels, heavy cream, and salt. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Celery Root Remoulade

Peel and julienne the celery root. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and julienned celery root until well combined.
