Method

Pork Chop

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the pork chops with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Place them on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Roast the Pork Chops

Roast the pork chops in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Fried Fingerlings

  1. 3

    Prepare the Fingerlings

Wash and halve the fingerling potatoes. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

  2. 4

    Fry the Fingerlings

Fry the potatoes in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.

French Beans

  1. 5

    Cook the French Beans

In a pot of boiling salted water, blanch the French beans for about 3-4 minutes. Drain and immediately place them in ice water to stop cooking.

  2. 6

    Sauté the French Beans

In a skillet, melt butter and sauté the blanched beans for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt to taste.

Sweet Corn Cream

  1. 7

    Prepare the Sweet Corn Cream

In a saucepan, combine sweet corn kernels, heavy cream, and salt. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

Celery Root Remoulade

  1. 8

    Make the Remoulade

Peel and julienne the celery root. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and julienned celery root until well combined.
