Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Pipe the Churros
Transfer the churro dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe strips of dough (about 4-6 inches long) into the hot oil, cutting them with scissors.

Fry the Churros
Fry the churros for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, flipping as needed. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Dust with Sugar
In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. While churros are still warm, roll them in the sugar mixture until well coated.
