Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Meats

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, cook the sausage links until browned on all sides, then slice them into bite-sized pieces. Add the diced ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the olive oil and sauté the chopped green pepper, onion, and mushrooms until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the diced tomato and cook for an additional minute. Season with salt and black pepper.

Cooking the Omelette

  1. 3

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. 4

    Cook the Omelette

In a non-stick skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed and pour in the egg mixture. Cook over medium heat until the edges start to set, about 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked meats and sautéed vegetables on one half of the omelette, then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

  3. 5

    Fold and Serve

Once the cheese melts and the omelette is cooked through, carefully fold the omelette in half over the fillings. Slide onto a plate and serve warm.
