Pork Chop

Eggs

Hash Browns

Biscuit or Toast

Method

Pork Chop

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork chops.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork Chops

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil. Place the seasoned pork chops on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from grill and let rest.

Eggs

  1. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and season with salt and black pepper. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up or flip to cook over easy.

Hash Browns

  1. 4

    Prepare the Hash Browns

In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the frozen hash browns, pressing them down with a spatula. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Biscuit or Toast

  1. 5

    Make the Biscuits

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the biscuit mix and milk until just combined. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. If using toast, simply toast your choice of bread to your liking.
