Prepare the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, add the sausage links. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

Cook the Eggs
In the same skillet, push the cooked sausage to one side. Add olive oil if necessary. Crack the eggs into the skillet, and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes for sunny-side up or until the desired doneness is reached.

Plate the Dish
Once the eggs are cooked, carefully slide them onto a plate alongside the sausage. Serve immediately while hot.
