Brewing Coffee

    Make Espresso

    Brew 2 shots of espresso using your espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker.

    Prepare Hot Water

    Heat 60 ml of water until it's hot but not boiling.

Making the Chocolate Mixture

    Combine Ingredients

    In a small saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 120 ml of milk.

    Heat the Mixture

    Heat the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and hot, but not boiling.

Assembling the Mocha Cappuccino

    Combine Espresso and Chocolate

    In a large cup, combine the brewed espresso with the hot chocolate mixture.

    Add Hot Water

    Pour the prepared hot water into the cup and stir well to blend the flavors.

    Garnish

    Top the cappuccino with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
