Method
Preparing the Chicken
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).
- 3
Grill the Chicken
Once the grill is hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Assembling the Sandwich
- 4
Prepare the Bun
While the chicken is grilling, slice the hamburger buns in half. Optionally, you can toast them on the grill for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
- 5
Slice the Tomato
Wash and slice the tomato into thin slices.
- 6
Assemble the Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place a grilled chicken breast on top, followed by a lettuce leaf and slices of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
