Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to whip the mixture until soft peaks form.

Chill the Cream
Transfer the whipped cream to a piping bag or a bowl and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Frying Churros

Heat the Oil
In a deep saucepan, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Pipe the Dough
Transfer the churro dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe strips of dough (about 6 inches long) into the hot oil.

Fry Until Golden
Fry the churros for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Coating and Filling

Coat the Churros
In a shallow dish, combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll the fried churros in the mixture to coat.

Using the piping bag, fill each churro with whipped cream through one end until filled.
