Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and chopped green onions. Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined, taking care not to break up the crab meat too much.

Form Patties
Using your hands, form the crab mixture into patties, about 2 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. Place the formed patties on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.

Drain and Serve
Once cooked, transfer the crab cakes to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad.
