Method

Preparing the Chicken Tenders

  1. 1

    Slice the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place the flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the third.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  4. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot. You can test it by dropping a small piece of bread into the oil; it should sizzle.

  5. 5

    Fry the Chicken Tenders

Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. 6

    Drain the Chicken

Once cooked, transfer the chicken tenders to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Making the Dipping Sauce

  1. 7

    Mix the Dipping Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, and mustard. Stir well until smooth and fully mixed.
