Prepare Salad

Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Shake off excess water and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to mix.
Make Caesar Dressing

Mix Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.

Add Parmesan to Dressing
Stir in 0.5 cup of grated Parmesan cheese into the dressing mixture until well incorporated.
Assemble Salad

Dress the Salad
Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture in the large bowl. Toss the salad gently until all ingredients are coated evenly with the dressing.
