Chicken Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This will ensure that the wings cook properly and become crispy.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix well to coat the wings evenly.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

  2. 4

    Make the Buffalo Sauce

While the wings are baking, melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined and remove from heat.

  3. 5

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve the Wings

Serve the buffalo wings hot, garnished with celery sticks on the side and accompanied by blue cheese dressing for dipping.
