Season the Beef
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well with your hands until the spices are evenly distributed.

Form Patties
Divide the seasoned beef into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties, pressing slightly in the center to prevent puffing during cooking.
Cook the Burger

Cook Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook Patties
In the same skillet, add the burger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until browned. Flip the patties, and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each. Cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Build the Burger
On the bottom half of each burger bun, spread a tablespoon of ketchup and mustard. Place the cooked burger patty with cheese, followed by bacon and the fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.
