Method

Prepare Ingredients

  1. 1

    Season the Beef

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well with your hands until the spices are evenly distributed.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the seasoned beef into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties, pressing slightly in the center to prevent puffing during cooking.

Cook the Burger

  1. 3

    Cook Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 4

    Cook Patties

In the same skillet, add the burger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until browned. Flip the patties, and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each. Cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Cook the Eggs

  1. 5

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, cook the eggs sunny-side up or to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 6

    Build the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, spread a tablespoon of ketchup and mustard. Place the cooked burger patty with cheese, followed by bacon and the fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.
