Prepare the Burger Patty

Mix the Beef
In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Patty
Shape the beef mixture into a patty, ensuring it’s slightly larger than the burger bun as it will shrink while cooking.
Cook the Burger Patty

Cook the Patty
In the same skillet used for bacon, cook the beef patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) to ensure it’s thoroughly cooked.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place the cheddar cheese slice on top of the patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Assemble the Burger

Prepare the Bun
Slice the burger bun in half and toast it lightly if desired.

Layer the Ingredients
On the bottom half of the bun, place the lettuce leaves, followed by the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and tomato slices. Top with the fried egg.

Place the top half of the bun on the assembled ingredients and press down gently.
