Prepare the Vegetables
While the bacon is cooking, wash the iceberg lettuce and cut it into quarters. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into wedges. Peel the cucumber and slice it into rounds.

Assemble the Salad
On a serving plate, place one quarter of iceberg lettuce. Top with a generous amount of tomato wedges, cucumber slices, and crumbled bacon. Sprinkle the bleu cheese over the top.
Making Buttermilk Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Serve with Salad
Drizzle the buttermilk dressing generously over the assembled salad. Serve immediately.
