Mixing the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of Wheatley’s Vodka, 1 oz of St. Germaine, 0.5 oz of Lemon-Lavender Syrup, and 0.5 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice.

Shake the Cocktail
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, or until well chilled.

Strain the Mixture
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass, leaving about an inch of space at the top.

Add Cava
Top off the drink with 3 oz of Cava Brut, pouring gently to avoid excessive bubbling.
