Begin by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of Koval Rye Whiskey, 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup) to chill the mixture.
