Burger Preparation
- 1
- 2
Form the Patties
In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form it into two equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each to prevent puffing during cooking.
- 3
Cook the Beef Patties
In the same skillet used for the bacon, increase the heat to medium-high. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side until browned. Flip the patties and add a slice of white cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the desired doneness is achieved.
Vegetable Preparation
- 4
Prepare the Vegetables
While the patties are cooking, wash and dry the lettuce. Slice the tomato and onion into thin rings.
Assembling the Burger
- 5
Toast the Buns
Lightly toast the brioche buns in the same skillet or oven until golden brown.
- 6
Assemble the Burger
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Place a beef patty with melted cheese on top, followed by crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and onion rings. Top with the other half of the brioche bun.
