Prepare the Meats
Arrange the prosciutto, salami, and chorizo on a large platter or board in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

Prepare the Cheeses
Cut the brie, aged cheddar, and gorgonzola into slices or wedges and place them next to the meats.

Add Pickles and Condiments
Spoon the Mercantile pickles into a small bowl and place it on the platter. Similarly, place the house mustard and jam in small jars or bowls.

Garnish
Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs or crackers to enhance the presentation.
