Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 3
Toss with Sauce
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Add your choice of sauce (Thai sweet chili, buffalo, honey BBQ, or garlic parmesan) and toss until the wings are well-coated.
- 4
Serve
Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side if desired.
