Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patty

Season the certified Angus beef patty with salt and black pepper on both sides. Grill or cook the patty on a skillet over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

  2. 2

    Make the Jam

If not using store-bought, prepare the sweet & spicy tomato jam by blending cooked tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, and spices until smooth. Simmer on low heat until thickened. Allow to cool.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Cheese Spread

In a mixing bowl, combine whipped feta cheese and whipped goat cheese until well blended. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, spread a generous layer of the whipped cheese mixture. Place arugula on top, followed by the cooked beef patty. Spoon the sweet & spicy tomato jam over the patty, sprinkle with fresh basil, and drizzle balsamic glaze over the top. Close with the top half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the jam burger immediately with your choice of sides.
