Prepare the Peach Puree
Peel and pit the fresh peaches, then chop them into small pieces. In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth to create a peach puree.

Mix the Bellini
In a champagne flute, add about 2-3 tablespoons of the peach puree. Slowly pour the Prosecco over the puree, allowing it to mix gently. Stir lightly if needed.
