Method

House Salad

  1. 1

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, diced tomato, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced onion.

  2. 2

Toss the salad gently to mix all ingredients together.

  3. 3

Add croutons and drizzle with your choice of dressing, tossing lightly before serving.

Chicken Parmesan

  1. 4

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 5

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken tenders and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  3. 6

In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.

  4. 7

Place cooked chicken tenders on top of the marinara sauce.

  5. 8

Pour remaining marinara sauce over the chicken and top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.

  6. 9

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Mac & Cheese

  1. 10

Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

  2. 11

In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly golden.

  3. 12

Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

  4. 13

Add shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper, stirring until cheese is melted and smooth.

  5. 14

Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well combined.

  6. 15

Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Tomato-Basil Soup

  1. 16

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

  2. 17

Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1 minute.

  3. 18

Stir in crushed tomatoes and vegetable broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.

  4. 19

Cook for 15-20 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.

  5. 20

Remove from heat and stir in chopped basil. Season with salt to taste. Blend if desired for a smoother texture.
