Chicken Salad

Mix Chicken and Mayonnaise
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast and mayonnaise.

Add the diced celery, halved red grapes, and slivered almonds to the bowl.

Season and Mix
Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Pimento Cheese

Prepare Cream Cheese
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add Cheddar and Pimentos
Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and chopped pimentos.

Mix in the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
Lavash Crackers

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the lavash sheets into triangles or squares, as desired.

Place the cut lavash pieces on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
