Preparation Steps
Prepare Honey Syrup
In a small bowl, mix equal parts honey and warm water until fully combined. Set aside to cool.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret Gin, Crème de Violette, Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup.
Shake
Add ice to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, garnish with a lemon twist or edible flowers.
