Preparation Steps
Mix the base ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Don Q Rum, passionfruit puree, mango puree, and pineapple juice. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into glass
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with beer
Slowly pour Oak Cliff Hefeweizen over the top of the cocktail.
Garnish and serve
Garnish with mint leaves and a pineapple wedge. Serve immediately and enjoy!
