Shake Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Angel’s Envy Bourbon, lemon juice, egg white, and simple syrup. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Add Ice
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Float Malbec
Carefully float the Malbec wine on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Garnish
Optionally, garnish with a lemon twist or a cherry.
