Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

  2. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and chop the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once everything is cooked, remove the salmon and vegetables from the grill. Plate the grilled salmon with the seasonal vegetables on the side. You can drizzle a little extra lemon juice over the top for added flavor if desired.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve hot and enjoy your delicious grilled salmon with seasonal vegetables.
