Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

Add Flavorings
Stir in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar into the brewed tea while it is still warm. Mix until fully dissolved.
- 5
Add Mint
Add the 10 fresh mint leaves to the tea and let it sit for an additional 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.

- 6
Cool the Tea
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until chilled.
- 7
Prepare Serving Glasses
Fill two glasses with ice cubes (about 1 cup each) and pour the chilled tea over the ice.
