Garlic Butter Sauce

Method

Preparing the Shrimp

1

Marinate the Shrimp

In a medium bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C). Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

Making the Garlic Butter Sauce

3

Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Be careful not to let it brown.

4

Add Garlic and Parsley

Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice, and remove from heat.

Grilling the Shrimp

5

Grill the Shrimp

Place the marinated shrimp on the preheated grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Make sure not to overcook them.

6

Serve

Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve immediately with the garlic butter sauce drizzled over the top.
