Method

Preparing the Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 375°F or 190°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is hot, place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a nice char.

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 4

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the asparagus, sliced bell peppers, and zucchini with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once both the salmon and vegetables are grilled, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon fillets alongside the seasonal vegetables on a plate.

  2. 7

    Garnish

Optional: Garnish with additional chopped dill or a lemon wedge before serving.
