Method
Preparing the Chicken
- 1
Cook the Chicken
Start by preheating your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- 2
Sear the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 3
Glaze with Sriracha and Buffalo Sauce
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and brush generously with Sriracha sauce followed by Buffalo sauce. Let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
Assembling the Sandwich
- 4
Toast the Buns
While the chicken is resting, cut the hamburger buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster.
- 5
Layer the Ingredients
Spread a generous amount of blue cheese dressing on the bottom half of each bun. Place the glazed chicken breast on top.
- 6
Add Toppings
Top the chicken with shredded lettuce and sliced dill pickles.
- 7
Complete the Sandwich
Close the sandwich with the top half of the bun. Serve immediately and enjoy your Sriracha Buffalo Chicken Sandwich!
