Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water. Drain and chop it coarsely.

  2. 2

    Cook the Spinach

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

  3. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, goat cheese, and sour cream. Blend until smooth.

  4. 4

    Add Remaining Ingredients

Add the cooked spinach, drained artichoke hearts (chop if whole), minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Mix until everything is well combined.

  5. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.

  6. 6

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

  7. 7

    Cool and Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
