Preparation Directions

1

Prepare the Glass

Take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of a chilled margarita glass. Dip the rim into a plate of salt to coat it. Set the glass aside.

Mix Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of triple sec, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 2 oz of pineapple juice, and 0.5 oz of agave syrup.

3

Add Jalapeño

Add sliced jalapeño to the shaker, adjusting the quantity based on your desired spice level.

4

Shake it Up

Fill the shaker with ice cubes and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

5

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared margarita glass filled with ice (optional) and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a lime wedge.
