Preparation

Prepare the Vegetables
Start by washing all the vegetables thoroughly. Cut the heirloom tomatoes into wedges and set aside.

Slice the Radishes
Thinly slice the radishes and set them aside.
Assembling the Plate

Arrange the Ingredients
On a large serving plate, place the burrata cheese at the center. Arrange the heirloom tomato wedges, blanched asparagus, and sliced radishes around it.
- 5
Add Fresh Herbs
Garnish the plate with fresh basil leaves and sprinkle chopped chives over the top.
Dressing the Plate
- 6
Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Drizzle the Dressing
Drizzle the dressing over the assembled burrata plate, ensuring all ingredients are lightly coated.
