Preparing the Croutons

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the focaccia bread into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch in size.

Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
Making the Caesar Dressing

Mince the garlic cloves finely.

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Add salt and black pepper to the dressing, and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Assembling the Salad

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces.
