Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

In a mixing bowl, combine the Brandt Farms All Natural Ground Beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until combined.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty, pressing gently in the center to prevent puffing while cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Add cheddar cheese slices on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 5

    Add Toppings

On the bottom half of each toasted burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slice, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.

  2. 6

    Complete the Burger

Top with the other half of the bun and press down gently to hold everything together.

French Fries Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips to form fries.

  2. 8

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  3. 9

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches, frying until they are golden brown and crispy, about 4-6 minutes.

  4. 10

    Drain and Season

Remove the fries with a slotted spoon and let them drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while still hot.
