Preparation
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, gochujang, black pepper, and rice vinegar until well combined.
Marinate the Ribs
Place the pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Cooking
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
Prepare Ribs for Baking
Remove the ribs from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Bake the Ribs
Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
Serving
Slice and Serve
Once grilled, remove the ribs from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes. Slice the ribs between the bones, place on a serving platter, and sprinkle with the sliced scallions before serving.
