Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature will help the wings get crispy.

2

Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.

Cooking

3

Arrange Wings on Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easier cleanup and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.

4

Bake the Wings

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

Finishing Touches

5

Add Toppings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan and crumbled Cotija cheese over the hot wings. Toss gently to coat the wings with the cheeses.

6

Garnish and Serve

Garnish the wings with chopped chives and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
