Preparing the Salad

Wash and Chop Romaine
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt. Shake off excess water and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare Parmesan
Grate the parmesan cheese using a cheese grater. Set aside half a cup for the salad and 2 tablespoons for the dressing.

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine, croutons, and half a cup of grated parmesan cheese.
Making the Caesar Dressing

Mix the Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Add Cheese
Stir in the 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese into the dressing.

Combine Dressing with Salad
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Serving the Salad

Plate the Salad
Divide the salad into individual serving bowls or plates.

Garnish
Optionally, sprinkle additional parmesan cheese and some freshly cracked black pepper on top before serving.
