Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patty

In a mixing bowl, shape the ground beef into a 5 oz. patty. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Make a slight indentation in the center of the patty to help it cook evenly.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patty for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the patty is cooking, wash the lettuce leaf and slice the tomato. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Toast the Roll

In the last minute of cooking the patty, place the potato roll cut side down on the grill or skillet to toast lightly.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the toasted potato roll, spread 1 tablespoon of max sauce. Place the cooked patty on top, followed by the lettuce leaf and tomato slice. Add another tablespoon of max sauce on the top half of the roll before closing the burger.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burger immediately with your choice of sides.
