1. Prepare the Shrimp

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

2. Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

3. Add Sambuca

Carefully pour in the Sambuca and let it simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes. If desired, you can flambé the Sambuca for extra flavor. To do this, carefully ignite the liquid and let the flames subside.

4. Finish and Serve
