Cook the Shrimp
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and drain. Let cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Salmon
Using a sharp knife, slice the salmon fillet into thin, bite-sized pieces. Ensure to cut against the grain for a tender texture.

Slice the Cucumber
Wash the cucumber thoroughly. Cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon. Slice it into thin half-moons.

On a serving platter, arrange the shrimp, salmon, cucumber, and avocado. Sprinkle the tempura flakes over the top, followed by the flying fish roe. Serve immediately.
