Method
Turkey Breast Preparation

Season the Turkey
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, and thyme.

Roast the Turkey
Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast for about 2 to 2.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Baste occasionally with drippings.

Rest the Turkey
Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
Cornbread Dressing Preparation

Prepare the Dressing
In a large skillet, sauté chopped onion and celery until soft. In a large bowl, combine crumbled cornbread, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, and sage.

Bake the Dressing
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Gravy Preparation

Make the Gravy
In a saucepan, whisk together flour and turkey drippings over medium heat. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
