Prepare the Turkey
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest before carving.

Prepare Cornbread Dressing
In a large bowl, combine crumbled cornbread, diced onion, celery, sage, salt, and pepper. Add chicken broth gradually until moistened. Bake in a greased dish at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes.

In a saucepan, whisk together flour and turkey drippings over medium heat. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until thickened.

Make Sweet Potato Souffle
Boil and mash sweet potatoes. Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes.
