Deviled Eggs Ingredients

Method

Deviled Eggs Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the pot, remove it from the heat, and let it sit for 12-14 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cool the Eggs

After the eggs have cooked, transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 5 minutes. This makes peeling easier.

  3. 3

    Peel and Cut the Eggs

Once cooled, gently crack and peel the eggs. Cut each egg in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mash and mix until smooth.

  5. 5

    Fill the Egg Whites

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

  6. 6

    Garnish

Sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs and garnish with chopped chives or parsley.

  7. 7

    Serve

Arrange the deviled eggs on a serving platter and enjoy!
