Juicing Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare Cranberry Juice

In a large saucepan, combine the fresh cranberries and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Simmer and Mash

Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Use a potato masher to mash the cranberries, releasing their juice.

  3. 3

    Strain the Juice

After simmering, remove the saucepan from heat and strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl. Press the cranberries to extract as much juice as possible.

  4. 4

    Sweeten the Juice

Add sugar to the strained cranberry juice while it's still warm. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  5. 5

    Mix with Orange Juice

In a large pitcher, combine the sweetened cranberry juice with freshly squeezed orange juice and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

  6. 6

    Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the juice for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve over ice if desired.
