Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Glass

Start by rimming your glass with salt. To do this, run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it into a small plate of salt to coat the rim evenly.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Contraluz Mezcal, Giffard Pamplemousse, Velvet Falernum, and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

  3. 3

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice. Top off the drink with grapefruit soda, pouring gently to avoid excessive fizz.

  4. 4

    Garnish

Garnish the cocktail with a lime wedge and a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass for an added touch of freshness and aroma.
