2

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 cup of Santa Teresa 1796 rum, 0.5 cup of vanilla cinnamon cordial, and 0.5 cup of Montenegro amaro.

3

Add Coffee and Bitters

Add the brewed coffee and 2 dashes of mole bitters to the shaker.

4

Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

5

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Optionally, you can garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder or a coffee bean.
